Welcome to our website

DEFRA APPROVED AND REGULATED
Registration no. GB140782

We are registered with and regulated by the UK plant health service; Animal and Plant Health Agency so you can be assured of the provenance and safety of all of our plants.
Each and every plug plant we send out has been sown by us, from reliably sourced seed - organic wherever possible, or from seed harvested from our own organically grown  wildflowers.
We nurture each seedling, caring for them as they develop their strong healthy root systems which will reliably establish once planted on - only then are they are ready to send out.

As professional operators, we are also authorised to issue the necessary UK Plant Passports required to send our plants out by post.

Planting to save pollinators and wildlife

Our small online garden nursery grew from our desire to provide safe, healthy, naturally grown plug and bare root plants, all loved by our pollinators and completely free of any chemicals.

Passionate about protecting the health of our pollinators, wildlife and soil life, we are proud to produce high quality plants, organically grown, which are not only a safe source of nectar and pollen for pollinators but will also increase the wildlife population by providing greenery and habitat for myriad invertebrates and insects, who themselves are a precious food source for birds and small mammals - so a perfect addition to any wildlife garden.

Our wide selection of plug plant varieties include native wildflowers, herbs, perennials, biennials and annuals - all of which are attractive to pollinators including bees, butterflies, moths, hoverflies, wasps and many others.

We hope you enjoy browsing our selection of plug plants, knowing that each and every one will be a beautiful SAFE addition to your wildlife friendly garden!

We are equally proud of our green credentials. We strive to be as sustainable as possible in all aspects of our business from the sustainable management of our growing environment through to the carefully selected materials used to send out our plants.

PLANTING TO CREATE, PROTECT AND RESTORE BIODIVERSITY

We carefully select the plants that we sow and grow. We grow native wildflowers as we know that these plants support significantly more wildlife than non-native species - without them, native wildlife would not be sustained.

Planting a wide variety of plant species not only extends the flowering period and so the feeding window for pollinators, but also promotes the development of much healthier garden ecosystems.  This in turn negates the need for harmful chemical interventions - all this whilst creating beautiful gardens for us to enjoy!

Of course all of our native wildflowers are well adapted to our climate, easy to grow and pest resistant.  Their colour and scent naturally attract pollinators, while their nectaries reliably produce safe nourishment which is readily available to them.
